Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was perfectly prepared with a comfy bed, clean, and offered a great view off the highway. The service was very helpful and friendly overall, although there were some issues with room service and wait times for managers. The location was convenient, close to skiing spots and dining options with ample parking. The dining experience had some highs and lows, with fantastic dishes and some areas leaving more to be desired.
I found the hotel to be a great choice for my stay, with spacious and updated rooms that were quite comfortable. The staff was very nice and professional, although some minor inconveniences occurred during my interactions. The location was convenient for my activities, even though it seemed a bit distant from certain facilities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was satisfactory. The facilities met my needs and added value to my stay.
I was thrilled to find a quiet and comfortable room where I could unwind and enjoy top-shelf cocktails and appetizers throughout the afternoon and evening. The rooms were near perfect, but unfortunately, they were closed for the first three nights of the week, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel was just what anybody who wants a chance to get away and relax in luxury would want. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was what appeared to be blood on the ceiling during the off season. The service was very cheerful, friendly, and helpful, although there was an issue with the maid not cleaning the room properly in the first place. The location was surrounded by forest and hills, offering a great escape after days of skiing, with lots of dining options nearby. The dining experience was barely adequate, with some overpriced items in the cafe. The hotel had everything imaginable but the prices were a bit higher for what was offered. The security staff ensured my lost item was safe and sound when I picked it up in the end.
My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious with a fantastic view and a comfortable bed, making it a great spot to catch the sunset. They were also impeccably clean, cozy, and reasonably priced. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff who even took care of broken items promptly and ensured my child's special needs were met for a delightful stay. However, the location, while surrounded by beautiful forest and hills, was not ideal for me due to its proximity to the smoking area and being in a smokey casino environment. The dining experience was pleasant with good food at a reasonable cost, but service could be improved.
